Creative Day Care

Written by Mike Carter, Hull KR Shirts.

I was invited, along with the Heritage Team of the Community Trust, to a Community event at the Bilton Grange Community Association on 30th October 2019. I took a long a small number of match worn shirts to create a visual display for members for the Bilton Grange Community to see.

The main feature table had shirts issued to Dean Hadley (2019 Away), Ade Gardner (2014 Military), Ben Cockayne (2015 Challenge Cup Final), Brad Clavering (2017 Away) and Aaron Smith (2018 Away) as well as a side display with a great half back pairing of Paul Cooke (2010 Home) and Michael Dobson (2010 Away).

Creative Day Care provides a daily experience for adults with learning, physical and intellectual disabilities. They operate out of the BGCA building on Grange Road and give people with disabilities a social hub through workshops and activities.

If you feel like you know someone who benefit from becoming a member, please contact Creative Day Care on 01482 781863. You can also find out more about the services they offer on their website by clicking the below image.
